Credit is the monetary value stored inside your membership wallet while Points are the reward we offer when you perform actions like topping up your membership credit or referring a friend.
When you top up $10 into your TeaGIF membership wallet, you will get $10 worth of stored value inside your TeaGIF membership wallet, which you can use to offset your purchase at TeaGIF.
When you top up $10 into your TeaGIF wallet, you get 100 points. You can redeem the points by converting every 200 points into $2.00 credit.
You can also refer a friend to join TeaGIF membership to earn 20 points for each referral and your friend gets to enjoy our promotional offer of $0.60 for the first milk tea. Or you can look out for our activities which we offer points for participation.

During your purchase or redemption, just login to your membership page and show us your QR Code in your membership page. We will scan to validate it and inform you of your available credit. You can perform your own redemption as and when you like via the Redemption function built in our APP.

This is a tricky question. Our members need to secure their membership login as we only validate the unique QR Code issued to you when you joined us as a member. Hence if you share your login credential with your friend or family, as long as they can login to your membership page and show us your QR Code, we will validate it and they are able to utilise any credit or point you have in your membership wallet. So technically speaking, they can but we do not encourage you doing that.

TeaGIF has a Franchising model and a Licensing Model. A franchisee's outlet is a completely replicated TeaGIF Headquarter-owned outlet. The appearance, operation system, and internal control management system of the store are the same as the Headquarter-owned outlet. A licensee's outlet uses TeaGIF's exclusive "smart drink brewing equipment" to brew drinks developed by TeaGIF's distinguished tea masters.
